Questions

What Gravity Forms product types are supported?

Single Product and Dropdown Product fields are fully supported. Each displays in the table with quantity controls. Dropdown products show their options in an inline selector.

How do I add images to products?

Click any product field in the form editor, then look for the “Product Table” tab in the field settings panel. You’ll see an Image URL field with a “Select” button to choose from your media library. Add a description in the same panel.

Does the table work with multi-step forms?

Yes. Place your product fields on any step. The table renders where your products are, and totals persist as users navigate between steps. Payment fields can be on a separate step.

Can I set default quantities?

Yes. Each product field has a “Default Quantity” setting in the Product Table tab. Set it to 0 for optional products, or 1+ if you want items pre-selected when the form loads.

Does it work with Gravity Forms coupons?

Yes. The table syncs with GF’s native Total field, so any coupons, discounts, or shipping fields you add will calculate correctly. The GF Total reflects all adjustments.

Can I customize colors and styling?

Yes. Global settings let you change the primary color (quantity buttons), checkout button color, button roundness, image size, and mobile breakpoint. These apply to all forms, with per-form overrides available.

What are Table Groups?

Table Groups let you organize products into separate tables with headings. Assign the same group name to related products (e.g., “T-Shirts”) and they’ll display together under that heading. Useful for forms with multiple product categories.

Do I need to modify my existing forms?

No. Your existing product fields stay intact. Just enable the table in the Product Table panel, select which products to include, and add images. All your payment feeds, notifications, and confirmations continue working.
