Where do I download my plugin?

Install it like any WordPress plugin: Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, choose the zip file, then Activate.

I think I bought the wrong product

Get in touch using the form below and include the email address you used at checkout. We’ll check the order and let you know what you have.

What happens when my subscription expires?

The plugin keeps working. Any site you have already set up carries on running as normal.

What stops is updates and support. You will no longer receive new versions, and support requires an active subscription. Renewing at any point restores both.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, where the plugin does not work as described, where a technical issue cannot be resolved, or where there is a compatibility problem we are unable to fix.

Refunds are not available for a change of mind, or where the product description was not read before buying. Get in touch first either way, since most problems turn out to be fixable.

Do I need an active subscription for support?

Yes, for technical support and troubleshooting. Questions about your account, orders, or downloads are always welcome regardless.

Do you take on custom development?

We don’t offer customizations for our products. Our focus is on improving the plugins for everyone rather than tailoring them to individual setups. Genuine bugs get fixed, and good ideas often make their way into releases, but we don’t build changes for a single site.
