LICENSE TERMS

  1. You must be a paid customer of OIOpublisher.com to use any software purchased from this site.
  2. The copyright holder retains all intellectual property rights to all software products.
  3. You are granted the right to install the software on as many websites as you want, limited only to websites you own.
  4. You are granted the right to freely modify the software for your own personal use, limited to use on only those websites you own.
  5. You may not use code snippets from the software elsewhere unless you have contacted OIOpublisher.com first to get permission.
  6. You may not re-distribute (either freely, or for any kind of compensation) the software, in whole or in part, to any 3rd party, unless given permission to do so by OIOpublisher.com.
  7. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the software is at your sole risk. No warranty is provided, either express or implied.
  8. Any code that is used to integrate our software with a 3rd party platform (eg. WordPress), will be covered by that platform’s respective license. The “platform” directory contains this code.

REFUND POLICY (ALL PRODUCTS)

14-day refund policy – conditions apply.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase when:

  • Plugin does not function as described in product documentation
  • Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Compatibility problems we cannot fix

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Preference for alternative solutions
  • Failure to fully review product description before purchase
  • User error or misunderstanding of features

All refund requests must contact support first to attempt resolution. Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances outlined above.

After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, except at the discretion of OIOpublisher.com.

LIABILITY

OIOpublisher.com shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages; including but not limited to loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business.

In no event, will OIOpublisher.com be liable for an amount greater than the products and services purchased.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information about website users will never be sold or distributed to any third party.

Details such as names, contact details and email addresses are never collected without consent. Where visitors use the contact form and provide an email address or other contact details, these details are used purely to respond to the inquiry.

Any cookies set are used only for the purpose of identifying whether a user is logged into the site, or in the case of affiliate traffic, to record the referral ID for the purposes of distributing commission on sales.
