What is OIOpublisher?
OIO is an ad manager that enables you to maximise your revenue, save time, and keep you in complete control of your ad space.
Sell and serve ads on any website, using this php ad management script. It can even be used as a WordPress plugin right out of the box!

Absolutely not! After purchasing the ad manager, all the revenue from all the sales you make using OIO go straight to you.
How much does OIOpublisher cost?
OIO costs $60 which covers all websites owned by you and one year of support and updates.
Can I give OIOpublisher to my friends?
You may not redistribute OIO to anyone else. The license is only valid for you and the websites you own.
What type of website is OIOpublisher optimal for?
You can use OIO on any type of website, although we currently focus on small / medium sized businesses. You can use OIO to directly sell your ad space or even just manage your existing ad space (eg. affiliate ads, banner rotation).
Is OIOpublisher compatible with blogger.com or WordPress.com blogs?
Both blogger.com and WordPress.com are examples of hosted blogs. Blogger allows you to use ads, but only if you have access to your own web host to install OIO on. WordPress.com does not allow the use of advertising at all on its blogs
What type of payment gateways can I use for OIO
We have various payment gateways. Paypal, Authorize.net, 2checout, and Stripe.
Can I submit my website to the OIO Marketplace?
Currently the Marketplace isn’t active. But we do plan on bringing it back in the future.
How do I report a bug?
Simply contact us for support and we will look in to it. Note: If you have any third party plugins installed that might be conflicting with OIO then you would need to contact the plugin author OIO does not provide support for conflicts with other plugins or any mods made to the plugin.
With that said you should always backup your website before you do any major updates so if issues occur you can restore your site we recommend using updraft.
Do you offer refunds?
14-day refund policy – conditions apply.
These refund terms apply to all of our plugins including OIO publisher fee recovery, Address validation and others.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase when:
- Plugin does not function as described in product documentation
- Technical issues cannot be resolved by our support team
- Compatibility problems we cannot fix
Not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Preference for alternative solutions
- Failure to fully review product description before purchase
- User error or misunderstanding of features
All refund requests must contact support first to attempt resolution. Refunds are processed at our discretion based on the circumstances outlined above.
After 14 days, no refunds will be issued, except at the discretion of OIOpublisher.com.
Do I need a new OIO account to login?
Trouble logging in? If you were a customer prior to 2022, You will need to register a new account your old account details will not work.
Does OIO have a Demo?
No, we currently do not offer a Demo but are working on a lite version of OIO that you could download on the WordPress repository to try out before upgrading to premium.

What does support cover?
We provide basic support which covers any bugs found within the plugin, for example, not being able to display ads, accept payments, and error messages.
What we don’t cover. Any type of customization, or styling help CSS etc. if OIO has been altered in any way by a third-party dev you would need to get support from them.
For any conflicts with other plugins or themes, you would need to reach out to the Plugin or theme authors. We also recommend disabling other plugins one by one to see if theirs a conflict and always backup your website.
No plugin is perfect and we try to squash any bugs and problems within the plugin as soon as they arise.
With that said if you come across any bugs feel free to report them and we will troubleshoot.
Why won’t my Ads display?
Please make sure you aren’t running an Adblocker as that can prevent Ads from displaying.
